LUKE PARKER
Founding Director
Luke is a founding Director at OP Properties and has some twenty years’ experience in property development advisory and client-side project management across a wide range of sectors including retail, commercial, mixed-use, heritage, retirement living, aged care, community and civic, disability care, not for profit, grouped and multi-unit residential developments ranging in value up to $1bn.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management and Economics with Honours and a Master of Property from Curtin University of Technology.

As Director, Luke is responsible for overseeing all aspects of OP Properties governance, strategy, growth, stakeholder relationships and portfolio of consultancy engagements. Luke maintains active oversight of all projects and is the Project Director and Project Superintendent on a number of OP led projects.

Luke is an active participant and contributor to many property industry bodies including the Property Council of Australia, Urban Development Institute of Australia and the Real Estate Institute of Australia and is the current Chair of the Property Council’s (WA) Residential Committee.

NIC OSBOINE
Founding Director
Nic Osboine is a founding Director at OP Properties and has a number of years’ experience within the property development and fund management industry at both project and board level across a wide range of sectors including commercial, retail, multi-unit residential, aged care and land developments. A number of these years were spent at senior management level and as a board member of various property development projects, assets and related companies.

BEN WATSON
Project Director
Ben is a Project Director at OP Properties, having over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, including more than 13 years as a client-side Project Manager, Development Manager and Property Advisor, prior to which he was a Property Valuer. With this diverse background in valuation, property and project management, Ben brings a unique insight into the full asset lifecycle, across a broad range of property classes including land subdivision, retail, residential development, aged care, commercial, sport and recreation and community.

Ben’s strengths lie in his ability to work collaboratively, bringing stakeholders and teams together to achieve the client’s vision. Further, having managed the Northern Territory operations for a project management consultancy, he has invaluable experience in managing a team, developing a business and client relationships.

Ben is a Certified Practising Project Director (CPPD), Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management (MAIPM) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) from Curtin University.

WILLIAM (BILL) FIDDIAN
Project Director
Bill has over 30 years experience in Construction and Property Development throughout the UK and Australia and is a Register builder in Western Australia.

Previously Bill was National Development Director of Mirvac Resource Partnerships and prior to that, Development Director and Construction Director of Mirvac (WA) Pty Ltd. Before moving to Australia in 2003, Bill was Managing Director of Clegg Construction and Director of Design and Construction of Sol Construction, both medium sized UK contractors with specialisation in the design and construction of healthcare and accomodation property including numerous nursing homes and hospitals.

Bill has extensive experience of delivering large high quality Design and Construct projects to both Public and Private sector clients in the UK and Australia.

With Mirvac Bill was responsible for all Mirvac construction activity in WA including hotels in East Perth, the South West and Mandurah. Bills team also delivered approximately $2b of apartment, retirement villages and residential projects between 2004 and 2010 including high quality apartment projects at Burswood, Leighton Beach and The Point at Mandurah. Between 2011 and 2013 Bill headed up the Mirvac teams working on The Old Treasury Office Development and the Karratha Town Centre Development.
WILLIAM (BILL) FIDDIAN
Project Director
Bill has over 30 years experience in Construction and Property Development throughout the UK and Australia and is a Register builder in Western Australia.

Evan has extensive business and management experience in all sectors of the property industry including residential land and housing, apartments, commercial offices, retail development, hotel development and management. He was the CEO of Mirvac in WA from 2006 until 2013 and over his 28 year career has been involved in the delivery of over 60 projects or some 3,000 apartments nationally.

Evan is a former Vice President and Divisional Council member of the Property Council of Australia (WA Division), Committee for Perth Board Member and Chairman of Heritage Perth Inc. Evan is currently a Executive Director & member of Blackburne Property Group Advisory Board and non- executive director & board member and advisor to multiple other organisations.

Peter is currently Chairman of the Bethanie Group, Western Australia’s largest not for profit aged care provider. Mark has over 30 years broad industry experience in retail, supply chain, property, franchising, finance, mining, energy and QSR, as CFO, CEO and Board Member.

Mark is an experienced corporate transaction, advisory and expansion executive, with experienced gained through multiple business and industry operations, which provides a balanced and disciplined approach to commercial evaluation.

Mark currently holds a number of board and advisory positions including:
  • Chair of IBMS, a specialist business focussed on “making every building a smart building, through the integration of all data from every building system and IoT device to enhance building performance for the connected workplaces”,
  • Chair of Advisory Board of private family business operating nationally in the records management and property management development space,
  • Non-executive director of Snap Franchising Group, national printing business, and
  • Advisory Board member of Aboriginal United Services a privately owned indigenous services business operating in WA and NT in transport and facility services,
  • Corporate Advisory and Management engagements including Perth Markets Group Limited.
