MONTREAL COMMONS
Montreal Commons is located in DevelopmentWA’s East Village at Knutsford precinct in Fremantle and will comprise 39 apartments over five storey’s, basement and café / small bar. Including a roof top solar PV system, Montreal Commons will be one of the first carbon neutral in operation apartment buildings in Australia and has been recognised as a One Planet Living Leader. OP Properties is providing full Development Management and Superintendency Services.
MONTREAL TERRACES
Montreal Terraces is located in DevelopmentWA’s East Village at Knutsford precinct in Fremantle and will comprise 12 exclusive 2 and 3 storey residences, each situated on a survey-strata lot. OP Properties is providing full Development Management and Superintendency services through the subdivision and construction stages of the development.

ARMADALE PORTFOLIO

Due to investor demand, OP Properties sought out and managed the wholesale acquisition of this portfolio of 22 leased villas which provided passive rental returns ahead of gains being realised when sold down individually. As Fund Manager and Property Advisor, OP Properties managed the investment strategy and execution, acquisition due diligence, debt facility, settlement, ongoing asset management and divestment of the properties.

MERCYCARE MADDINGTON

In our role as Project Manager and Superintendent, OP Properties are assisting our Client, Mercycare, with the strategic planning, design development and delivery of their new aged care facility in Maddington. The new facility will accommodate 108 beds over 2 floors of 6 small houses of 18 residents each. Based largely on the highly regarded ‘small house‘ Model of Care, the project will endeavour to provide best practice outcomes that support efficient rostering, resident lifestyle, operational efficiency and market need. To deliver this project, OP Properties are responsible for managing all consultants, head contractor & procurement, project budget & cashflow management, reporting, client liaison and project risks.

PEMBERTON COMMUNITY COLOCATION PROJECT

OP Properties worked with our Client, the Shire of Manjimup, to collaborate with eight community not-for-profit groups in Pemberton to work towards a “fit-for-purpose” solution to address the issue of ageing infrastructure, reduced funding, increasing operational costs and long-term sustainability of community groups. The main development outcomes included amalgamation of two lots to form a hub connected by landscaping and paths, refurbishment and expansion of the RSL and infant health buildings to provide fit for purpose areas for six community groups and a museum display area, construction of storage units and workshop and refurbishment and expansion of the day care centre to meet all compliance requirements. OP Properties was engaged as Third Party Project Manager and Superintendent throughout the detailed design and documentation, contractor procurement and construction phases of the project.

YARLOOP STEAM WORKSHOPS INTERPRETATION CENTRE

The Yarloop Timber Mill Workshops Redevelopment and Interpretative project proposes a range of developments over a three-staged process with a focus on community development, tourism and respect for the past and future of the site. The redevelopment will tell multiple stories about its industrial history, timber milling history, the people and the Yarloop fire. OP Properties were engaged to provide Project Management and Superintendency for services to our Client, the Shire of Harvey, throughout the detailed design and documentation, planning approval, contractor procurement and construction phases of the project.

MANJIMUP HERITAGE PARK POWER UP ELECTRICITY MUSEUM

The objective of this project was to deliver a multi-purpose community facility in Manjimup, encompassing a new bespoke museum, café, function space and visitor servicing centre. The facility is a key attractor to the Park, a regional heritage precinct and community hub and one of the main focal points for the revitalisation of Manjimup’s town centre.

OP Properties was engaged to provide Project Support and Superintendency services by our Client, the Shire of Manjimup, throughout completion of the design and documentation, contractor procurement, construction, building handover and defects liability period, which was successfully completed in December 2019.

KOH I NOOR

Koh I Noor comprises a 2 storey 80 bedroom, aged care facility located in the leafy suburb of Wembley, with basement parking, kitchen, laundry, courtyards and balcony seamlessly blended into the surrounding residential setting. Since construction completion, Koh I Noor attracted local residents ahead of forecasts and received multiple architectural and construction industry awards including Winner 2019 MBA Aged Care Building $10m-$20m and Residential Aged Care Project of the Year’ at Eldercare Innovation Awards 2019. OP Properties were engaged as Project Manager and Superintendent by our Client, Alinea Inc..

ESSENCE APARTMENTS

OP Properties was engaged by our Client, Blackburne Property Group, to provide Superintendency services for their Essence apartments development, comprising a high-end, luxury development of 143 apartments over 7 levels, with 2 landscaped podiums, located in Claremont.

ENCLAVE APARTMENTS

OP Properties was engaged by our Client, Blackburne Property Group, to provide Superintendency services for their Enclave apartments development , comprising a high-end, luxury boutique development of 69 apartments over 12 levels, located in East Perth.
